Good for experienced racers with flexible, unpredictable schedules as well as athletes new to endurance racing that live in the Denver/Boulder area that want one on one skills coaching.

  • Training plans issued in 1 week blocks
  • Annual Training Plan
  • Free Training Peaks online account to receive workouts
  • Field Testing for Lactate Threshold Heart Rate and/or Functional Threshold Power
  • Plans are athlete specific using Heart Rate and/or Power Zones
  • Weekly “in person” feedback/communication via phone, video conference or in person (Boulder/Denver area only) if desired
  • Unlimited communication via email and/or phone
  • Unlimited changes to weekly training plans as needed
  • Suggested cycling strength training exercises
  • Monthly in person skills training sessions
